Evaluation Of Mixed Reality Technology In Shoulder Arthroplasty: From Preoperative Planning To Surgical Execution

This study aims to compare the ability to reproduce pre-planned glenoid implant position using traditional freehand (FH) technique, Mixed Reality-guided technology (MR), and real-time navigation using optical tracking system (OT). Influence of MR technology on surgeons’ level of experience and the use of MR as a training tool for junior surgeons is also evaluated.
